We’ve always shared a deep love for art and creativity. As children, we spent hours painting, crafting, and imagining new worlds—and that passion never left us. After years of dreaming, we decided to combine our talents to bring Creative Hearts to life: a place where kids can get messy, explore their imaginations, and most importantly, have fun.

Tiny Explorers (Ages 3-6)
Our Playful Explorers art classes offer a fun, engaging environment for children to develop early sensory and developmental skills while exploring their creativity. These hands-on sessions are designed to stimulate curious minds and little hands through imaginative activities and sensory-rich play.
From creative projects to interactive exploration, each class encourages problem-solving, fine motor development, and social interaction in a supportive, nurturing setting. Your child will develop essential skills while having a blast!

Creative Artists (Ages 7–12)
Imagine, create, and explore the world through art!
Join our fun-filled program where kids dive into hands-on projects inspired by history, cultures, and fantasy. From cave art to fairy tales, ancient pyramids to colorful mandalas — every session is a new adventure in creativity!

What to Know
Refund and Cancellation Policy
15+ Days' Notice: Full refund available with written notice at least 30 days before the session.
Less than 15 days' Notice: No refunds. However, you can either receive studio credit for future bookings
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes where required. In the event of a cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund for the class.
Make-up Policy
If you anticipate your child will miss a class, please give us 24 hours notice.
There is no compensation for student absences. However, upon 24 hours’ notice and subject to space availability, your child may attend a make-up class.
A total of one make-up class is allowed during any particular session.
Pick-ups after ten minutes of the class scheduled end time will incur a charge of $10 for every ten minutes you are late.

1. Attire & Personal Property
Painting activities may result in stains. We recommend wearing old or protective clothing. Creative Hearts LLC is not responsible for any damage to clothing or personal items during classes.
All personal belongings, including those of your child, are your responsibility.
2. Payments
An annual registration fee of $35 per child is due on the first day of the first class and is separate from tuition costs.
Payment by cheque is accepted in person. Please make cheques payable to Creative Hearts LLC and include your child’s name on the memo line.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Any use of our services is at your own risk. Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
Creative Hearts LLC, including its owners, employees, and affiliates, will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including lost profits or data, resulting from use of the services. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain liabilities; in such cases, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
By using our services, you agree to release and hold harmless Creative Hearts LLC, its owners, and staff from any liability related to injury, loss, or damages incurred while participating in or traveling to/from our activities or premises.
4. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Creative Hearts LLC, its team, partners, and affiliates from any claim or demand (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any legal matters will be handled in accordance with those laws.
